This new beautiful lakefront home has 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, a TV game room, and can sleep up to 10 guests. From the road you can drive down to the house past the garage (which is not available) to park and/or just unload. There is more parking up at the
road infront of the garage. On the main level are 2 bedrooms, bath, living area, kitchen, and deck. Each of these bedroom's beds make into a king or 2 singles. The standard will be that one is made up as a king and the other in 2 singles. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms
and 2 baths. The master bedroom has a king bed while the other has 2 singles and a trundle. Downstairs is the TV/game room that will have a sofa bed (Q), TV, foosball and wet bar. From downstairs it is about 30 steps down to the pier. This unit has a 7 night
minimum and is a summer vacation rental only. The 2012 summer rates are $4000 to $4400 a week plus cleaning and tax. In the summer it is a Friday check-in out day.
