This large grand home (lodge) is located at the west end of Donner Lake, just a short walk from the public beach. Entering the home you gaze at a very large open living area bordered on the right by a large rock gas fireplace. Off the living room you have
a deck that runs the lenght of the house, and from where you have a filtered view of Donner Lake. On the other side of the rock gas fireplace is the kitchen. On the main level is a master bedroom, and 2 other bedrooms and another 1.5 baths. Above the entry
way is a loft that leads to the other master bedroom, which is above the garage. The Summer 2012 rates are $2520 - $3150 per week plus tax and cleaning fee. This house has a floating three night minimum, please call for the nightly rate. ANY STAY OVER 7 NIGHTS
IS AN ADDITONAL $360 PER NIGHT DURING PEAK SEASON and $288 PER NIGHT DURING NON-PEAK SEASON, ANY STAY OVER 2 WEEKS HAS A CLEANING FEE OF $275.
