access to the house for both the summer and winter vacationer. The summer 2012 rates are $1100 - $1300 a week plus tax and cleaning with a Friday check in, check out day. Winter 2011/12 rates are $210 per night non-holiday and $235 per night holiday plus tax
and cleaning fee.There is a 2 night minimum for winter 2011/12. **Note, Owner has pets if you have allergies.**
