This cabin is a SKI LEASE in Winter Only. This fine older cabin with many upgrades is one of the units having "direct lake access". From the parking pad on E Reed Ave there are 20 steps down to the main level. Enter into the main hallway with stairs leading
down to the 2nd level, the spare bedroom with two twin beds on your left, and the bathroom on your right. You go down the hallway into the living room, dining room, and kitchen which make one big great room. Connected to the dining area is a sliding glass
door which leads you out onto the deck with an amazing view of Donner Lake. Downstairs are 2 bedrooms, both with a shared deck and a full bath. The first room has a King size bed and the second room has a queen size bed. The Smith cabin is a winter Ski Lease
and an occasional summer vacation rental.
