The Lomax lakefront home is on a down slope. From the parking area there are 23 steps down to it, and from the lakeside deck there are 59 steps down to the pier. There is a small floating dock next to the pier. It is a two story home with three bedrooms, two baths, and laundry upstairs. Downstairs is the fourth bedroom, .75 bath, living room, kitchen and dining area. The deck comes off this floor. There is shared parking and access with the cabin next door. This unit will sleep up to 12, but 8 comfortably, and is a summer vacation rental, and winter ski lease. The summer 2010 summer rates are $2300 to $2600 a week plus cleaning and tax and is a Saturday check in/out day.
