The Lomax lakefront home is on a down slope. From the parking area there are 23 steps down to it, and from the lakeside deck there are 59 steps down to the pier. There is a small floating dock next to the pier. It is a two story home with three bedrooms,
two baths, and laundry upstairs. Downstairs is the fourth bedroom, .75 bath, living room, kitchen and dining area. The deck comes off this floor. There is shared parking and access with the cabin next door. This unit has High Speed Internet but is not wireless.
This unit will sleep up to 12, but 8 comfortably. This home is a weekly summer vacation rental. The SUMMER 2011 rates are $600 per night with a floating 3 night minimum or $2300 - $2600 per Week plus tax and cleaning fee. 2011/12 Winter Ski Lease at $1800
per month.
