area making one big great room. There is a full bathroom connected to the living room and "master bedroom". The "master bedroom" has a King size bed, a gas fireplace, and a sliding glass door onto the deck. Connected to the kitchen is a smaller deck where
the BBQ is located. There is a full set of stairs leading downstairs where you will find the laundry room directly on your right. As you go down the hallway to the right you will find the garage. To the left is the remaining bedroom and kids' room which share
a .75 bathroom with a shower only. The bedrooms have a queen size bed and the kids' room has a twin twin bunk and an extra twin. This modern home sleeps 7 comfortably, and is both a summer and winter vacation rental. This unit has high speed internet access.
The summer 2012 rates are $1100 - $1300 per week plus tax and cleaning with a Sunday check in, check out day. Winter "10/11" rates are $210 per night Non-Holiday and $230 per night Holiday. Owner has pets if you have allergies.
