You enter the Nichols cabin into the living room, dining area, and kitchen. There are sliding glass doors in both the dining area and living room that lead out to the back deck. Connected to the kitchen is the laundry room, bedroom with a king size bed,
and bathroom. Upstairs on the left there is a .75 bath, and a dorm room with 4 single beds. To the right you come to a room with a double bed, and through that room and a curtain is a room with a queen bed. The rooms upstairs (except the bathroom) are open
to the ceiling. From the deck it is 18 steps and path to the private pier. This cabin sleeps 10, and is both a summer and winter vacation rental. The summer 2012 rates are $1500 - $1700 per week plus tax and cleaning with a Sunday check in/out day. Winter
2010/2011 rates are $210 per night plus tax ans cleanin fee. **NOTE, Owner has pets if you have allergies.**
