This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home will sleep up to 12 guests. From the lower parking pad you have 1 1/2 flights of stairs down to the main level. From the large main level deck it is around 50 steps down to the pier. The main level consists of the kitchen, living
and dining area, laundry, and half bath. Upstairs two of the bedrooms have access to the 3rd floor deck that overlooks the lake. All three of the upstairs bedrooms have half baths in their rooms. Off the common landing upstairs is a separate shower. In the
bottom level is a bedroom, bath, and a game room with a pool table. This unit is a summer vacation rental only. The summer 2012 rates are $2900 to $3200 a week plus cleaning and tax. It is a Sunday check in/out day
