.75 bath. It will sleep up to 10, is a summer and winter short term rental and has easy access. The 2012 summer rates are $850 to $975 a week plus cleaning and tax with a Saturday check in/out day. Winter 2011/12 rates are $210 per night non-holiday and $235
per night holiday plus tax and cleaning fee. There is a 2 night minimum for winter 2011/12.
