This is a very nice new home located just off Donner Pass Road on Michael's Way across from the Loch Levin Lodge. All 3 bedrooms and 2 baths are located on the lower level. Two of the bedrooms could be set up as master bedrooms and have king beds. The
third bedroom has a double as the top part of a trundle (single) unnderneath. The other bed is a single. Upstairs is a large living room/dining area (six places), kitchen (3 can eat at the bar/counter), and half bath. Out of the living area is a nice deck
which has a good view of the lake. The garage is available, but parking in the driveway requires nothing longer than an old VW bug, however there is extra parking pads at each end of the house. This is both a summer and winter vacation rental. This year it
is a 2 night minimum rental in the winter. During the Summer of 2010, the rates are $310-$355/Night, or $1400-$1600/Week. All prices are plus cleaning and room tax.
