to the remodeled fireplace. There is a ladder in the living room which leads to the loft. In the loft is a twin bed with a twin trundle bed. Downstairs is the access to the garage, and the laundry room. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a full size
private bathroom. The spare room has a king size bed and a spare couch, and there the full sized spare bathroom. This condo association has their own private sandy beach within walking distance. Presently it is a summer vacation rental and a winter ski lease
only. The summer 2010 rates are $145 - $165 per night or $650 to $750 a week plus tax and cleaning. It has a floating check in/out day.
