This three story cabin is located at the end of Conifer Drive and backs up to acreage. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living area are located on the top 2 stories. Only the laundry area if needed is located on the bottom level. Located on a up slope it is 15 steps up to the deck and the main entrance to the cabin. On this level is the living area, kitchen, 1 bedroom and a bath. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a bath. The cabin is 7 blocks from the public beach. It is a summer vacation rental only.The rate for summer 2009 is $900 - $1000 per week plus tax and a cleaning fee. The check in/out day is Saturday.
