This newly remodeled cabin is located on the north side of Donner Pass Road overlooking the lake with excellent mountain views. It sleeps up to 9, but 7 is the comfortable number. This home is considered a “direct lake access” unit with public piers located
directly across the street. It is 20 steps up to the first level where you enter the home into the mud room and foyer. The foyer has a TV, DVD player, and a Queen pull out sofa. On the bottom level are hardwood floors throughout, the laundry room, the full
bath, and two bedrooms. The Kids' room has two sets of twin twin bunk beds, and the spare room has a queen size bed. Upstairs the kitchen, living room, and dining area make one big great room. The kitchen has tile marble countertops, and tile flooring. Sliding
glass doors in the dining area lead out to the shaded back deck, while the sliding glass doors in the living room lead out to the sunny front deck. Connected to the living room is a small hallway that leads to the master bedroom. The master has a queen size
bed, a sliding glass door out to the front deck, and is connected to the main level full bathroom. The living room is also connected to the bathroom. This is a pet friendly unit, and is a short term summer vacation rental only. The summer 2012 rates are $975
to $1300 per week plus cleaning and tax. It has a Friday check in/out day. Winter 2011/12 rates are $210 per night non holiday or $240 per night holiday plus tax and cleaning fee. There is a 2 night minimum for winter 2011/12.
