The Seeblick home has 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, and will sleep up to 14. The main entrance is off Donner Avenue and from the parking pad there are 15 steps down to the front door. There is some parking down on Donner Pass Road too. You enter the home through the mud room which gives you access to the main level upstairs, the bedrooms downstairs, or access to the stairs that lead down to Donner Pass Rd. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are all connected to make one big great room with vaulted ceilings. In the living room the sofa pulls out to a queen sleeper, and there is a sliding glass door that leads out to the upper deck with a great view of the lake. Connected to the living room is the master bedroom and connecting bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a private fireplace, sliding glass doors out to the upper deck, and is connected to the main level bathroom. Downstairs are 4 bedrooms, the laundry room, and two bathrooms. The first bathroom is separated into two rooms. One room has the toilet and a sink, while the other room has the tub/shower combo and additional sink. The other bathroom is one room with a shower only, toilet and sink. The first and second bedrooms both have a queen size bed and a sliding glass door out to the bottom level deck. The third bedroom is the kids’ room with two sets of twin twin bunk beds and a sliding glass door out to the bottom level deck. The fourth spare room has two twin beds.
