an oversized deck overlooking the lake. You enter the home thru the mud room which is connected to the kitchen. This newly remodeled kitchen has marble tile counter tops, new tile flooring, and a stackable washer and dryer. The living room has a small breakfast
table to sit and enjoy the view thru the wall of windows. Or connected to the kitchen there is a formal dining area with a large expandable table. Connected to the dining area are the bed rooms and full bath. The spare bedroom has a queen size bed while the
kids’ room has two twin beds. Upstairs is the loft, master bedroom, and .75 bath. In the loft is a queen size sofa sleeper, the sink for the bathroom, and a vanity. In the private bathroom is a shower only and toilet. The master bedroom has a king size bed
and entertainment center. The entire upstairs is the master area. Additionally, outside are 2 patio areas with a fire pit and dog run. With excellent views of the lake and mountains this unit is both a summer and winter vacation rental. The summer "2011" rates
are $220-$255 per night with a floating two night minimum or $1000-$1150 per week plus cleaning and tax. Winter 2011/12 rates are $220 per night non-holiday and $240 per night holiday plus tax & cleaning fee.
