This 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath cabin, which sleeps 10 is located on a quiet street (Mt. Judah Drive) on the south side of the lake. You have twenty steps down a short path to the cabin. There is a big wrap around deck with a partially obstructed view of the lake. As you enter the home into the mud room, the half bath is directly on your left. Connected to the mud room is the living room, with access to the back deck. Also on the main level is the dining area, and kitchen. In the kitchen is the access to the downstairs laundry room. While upstairs there are the 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Two bedrooms have a queen size bed, and two bedrooms have a queen bed and a twin bed. Each room has access to the front and back decks. This unit is mostly a summer vacation rental. The 2010 summer rates are $1000 to $1200 a week ($220 to $265 a night) plus cleaning and tax. It has a floating 2 night minimum. Winter "10/11" rates are $300 per night. Even though there is a hot tub, renters do not have access to use it. Also the owner has pets if you have allergies.
