The Strassburger condo is located at Donner Pines West and is a second line unit with a filtered view of the lake and of the mountains. As with all the condos at Donner Pines West you enter the condo onto the landing of the stairs. Downstairs is the laundry
room, the master bedroom and private bathroom. The spare room has two twin beds and is great for kids. At the top of the stairs is the half bathroom. Upstairs is the living area, dining and remodeled kitchen. The kitchen has new cabinets, countertops, and
hardwood floors. There is a wet bar in the dining room and living room are connected to make one big great room with access to the deck. This unit has other parts that are newly remodeled. This unit sleeps 6, but 4 comfortably. The Donner Pines West condos
do have their own private beach within walking distance. It is a vacation rental both summer and winter. The summer 2012 rates are $145-$165 per night or $650-$750 per week plus tax and cleaning. It has a 2 night minimum floating check in/out day. Winter 2011/12
rates are $170 per night non-holiday and $190 per night holiday plus tax and cleaning fee with a floating 2 night minimum.
