This very clean 3 bedroom 1.75 bath home is located towards the east end of the lake near "The Kitchen". You enter the home through the garage where you will find the laundry room and access to the main level. After you go up a steep set of stairs you
enter the main level through the kitchen. Directly to the right of the kitchen is the dining area, and living room. To the left of the kitchen is the additional TV room. Connected to the TV room is the kids room with a twin twin bunk and additional twin bed.
Also connected to the TV room is the .75 bathroom. The dining area and living room are connected to make one big room. Connected to the living room is master and spare bedroom. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a sliding glass door out to the deck.
The spare room also has a queen size bed and is connected to the kitchen and living room. Sliding glass doors in the living room lead out to the deck. From the deck you have filtered views of the lake and mountains. It is a short term vacation rental both
summer and winter. The summer 2011 rates are $750 to $850 a week, or $180-$190 per night plus cleaning and tax. It has a floating 2 night minimum. Winter 2011/12 nightly rates are $200 non-hoiday and $220 Holiday plus tax and cleaning fee.
