This front line condo has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. It sleeps 8, but 4 comfortably. As you enter the condo you are standing on the landing of the stairs. At the top of the stairs is the half bathroom. Upstairs is the newly remodeled kitchen with new cabinets and counter tops. The living room and dining room are connected to the kitchen to make one big great room. Enjoy the view from the dining room table or have a drink from the wet bar and relax by the fire on the new leather couches. There is a sliding glass door in the living room and in the dining room which gives you access to the deck which is overlooking the boat ramp. In the living room is a ladder which leads up to the loft. In the loft are two twin beds which are perfect for kids. Downstairs is the laundry room, the master bedroom, the spare bedroom, and the last bathroom. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and private bathroom. The spare room has two twin beds. The Donner Pines West condos have their own private beach within walking distance. This condo is a summer short term rental, and a winter ski lease. The summer 2010 rates are $155-$175 per night or $700 to $800 a week plus tax and cleaning. It has a floating check in with a two night minimum.
