This rustic cabin is a "Direct Lake Access" home. It is on a down slope, but vehicle access is from West Reed Avenue. As you enter the home, you are standing in a hallway on the main level. To the right is the first bedroom with a twin and trundle. The
second bedroom is on the left and has a Queen size bed. The bathroom is down the hall on the right. This medium sized bathroom has a shower and bathtub combo, as well as a toilet and sink. The kitchen and living area are connected to make a great room. There
are sliding glass door which lead out onto the large deck overlooking the lake. From the deck you access the lower bedroom and bath. This lower bedroom has a queen bed as well as a Twin plus full bunk bed. The lower bathroom is small with a shower, sink and
toilet. From the lower landing you can continue on to Donner Pass Road and the lake. This is both a summer and winter vacation rental. The Winter 11/12 rates are $180-$200 per night plus cleaning and tax and is a floating 2 night minimum. Summer "11" rates
are $190-$215 per night, and $875-975 per week plus tax and cleaning fee with a 2 night minimum.
