The Karppinen house is 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and is located on a level lot at the west end of Donner Lake. This newly remodeled home is adjacent to the private Home Owners beach and will sleep up to 8. Enter into the mud room which is connected to two bedrooms,
the laundry room, and full bath with heated tile floors. The Kids’ room has two sets of twin twin bunks and the spare room has a queen size bed. Upstairs is the newly remodeled kitchen with green marble countertops, stainless steal appliances, and tile flooring
throughout the kitchen. New barstools at the counter and a breakfast nook add additional seating. The kitchen, dining area, and living room make one big great room. A door in the dining area leads out to the deck that overlooks the "Home Owners Beach" and
the lake. Connected to the living room is the master bedroom with a king size Sleep Number bed and adjoining full bathroom. This unit is both a summer and winter vacation rental. Summer 2012 rates are $1150-$1350 per week plus cleaning and tax with a Saturday
check in and out. Winter "10/11" rates are $240 per night non-holiday and $260 per night holiday.
