The Sousa house is on the north side of the lake on Reed Avenue East. This is a steep hill that requires a 4x4 vehicle in the winter. From the parking pad there are seven steps to the front door patio. You enter the home into the kitchen and dining area.
Enjoy a meal on the formal dining table or just relax in the adjoining living room. The living room has something for everyone with a full bar, breakfast table, vaulted ceilings, and entertainment center. In this big open room there is a sliding glass door
which leads out to the oversized back deck. Connected to the dining area is the Master bedroom with a queen sized bed and bathroom. Downstairs are three additional bedrooms, the laundry room, and a bathroom. The kids’ room has four twin beds and a full sized
bed which is connected to the laundry room. The other two rooms both have a queen sized bed as well as a sliding glass door which leads out to an additional deck. The bathroom is a .75 bathroom with a shower only. At this time, the Sousa house is a winter
ski lease only.
