This is a 3 bedroom, 1.75 bath cabin, it sleeps 10 and is just a couple of blocks from the public beach. Downstairs is the living area, .75 bath, kitchen, and 2 decks, one out back and one out front. Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms and one bath. This is a summer vacation rental, and winter ski lease.
It is a 2 night minimum floating check in/out day with summer 2010 rates at $200 per night or $900 per week plus cleaning and tax.
