This newly rebuilt cabin has three bedrooms and two baths. This cute cabin is within a couple hundred feet of the public beach. You enter the cabin into the living room and dining room which is connected to make one big great room. The dining room is connected to the kitchen and the laundry room. This intimate remodeled kitchen is has new granite counter tops, and tile flooring. On the main level a master bedroom with a queen size bed. Also on the main level there is a .75 bathroom with a shower only. In the living room is the staircase that leads upstairs where you will find two bedrooms and a bath. The first bedroom is the kids’ room with a twin twin bunk bed, a spare queen bed, and a pull out sleeper sofa. In the second room are two queen beds with access to a private small deck. These two rooms share the full bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower. This unit sleeps 10, but 8 is more comfortable. It is a summer vacation rental, and a winter ski lease. The summer 2010 rate is $200-$245 per night or $900 to $1100 per week plus tax and cleaning. This cabin has a floating two night minimum.
