The Collado home is located on the south side of the lake on Mt. Judah. This unit is three bedroom, two baths, and a TV lounge in the loft. As you enter into the mud room on the main level there are stairs that lead up to the second level. Also on the
main level is the livingroom, dining area, and kitchen that make up one big great room. In the living room is a sliding glass door that leads out to the deck with filtered views of Donner Summit. Connected to the kitchen is the hallway that leads to the bedrooms,
bathroom, and access to the garage where the laundry room is. The spare bedroom has a full sized bed and the kids' room has two sets of twin twin bunks. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a queen size bed, private bath, and access to a private deck. The TV
lounge is in the loft overlooking the living room. This unit sleeps 8 comfortably, but 2 more in a queen hide-a-bed in the loft. It is a SUMMER short term rental only. The summer 2011 rates are $200 - $245 per night or $900 to $1100 a week plus cleaning and
tax and is a Floating 2 night minimum.
