It is a very nice two bedroom, two bath condo with a Queen in one bedroom, and two long singles in the other. There is a patio out the living room door, and an attached one car garage on the street side. It is both a summer and winter vacation rental. It is a floating check in out day. The Summer "10" rate is $140 a night plus cleaning and tax with a 2 night minimum. Winter "10/11" rates are $180 per night Non-Holiday and $200 per night Holiday.
