to the living room. This bathroom has a shower and tub, a sink and a toilet. Directly at the top of the stairs is a loft with two twin beds. To the left of the loft is the kids room. This room has a twin bunk bed, and two twin beds. There is an additional
loft space with pillows inside the kids room. The kids room also has a slidding glass door which leads to a private oversized deck.To the right of the loft is the 46" TV room with surround sound, DVD, and VCR. The remaining bedroom is off of the TV room. It
has a Queen size bed with a sliding glass door that leads to the private balcony. This is a pet friendly unit. The Summer 2012 rates are $235-$270 per night or $1050-$1200 per week plus tax and cleaning fee. Winter 2011/12 rates are $230 per night holiday
and $210 per night non-hoiday plus tax and cleaning fee. This house has a floating two night minimum.
