The Denny unit is located on the West End of Donner Lake. Summer reservations require a 3 night minimum. From the driveway/1 car garage you will ascend up 27 steps to the main entrance. When you enter the open concept home the kitchen is to the right, dining area to the left and down 4 steps is the living room featuring a wood stove. The living room comfortably seats 8 and has a flat screen T.V. You can access the extra large wrap around deck from the sliding glass door off of the living room. Enjoy relaxing on the deck, while BBQing on the gas BBQ. This floor/level down the hall has a bathroom on the right, laundry room on the left and straight ahead is a bedroom with a queen bed. From the dining area, you ascend 14 steps to the 2nd floor where the master bedroom and private bath is. The bedroom is furnished with a cal-king bed, writing desk and reading chair. The master bath features a double headed large shower. The 3rd bedroom is also on the 2nd floor featuring a bunk bed for the little ones. The bunkroom has it's own little loft area with a single futon available for extra sleeping options. Off of the kitchen is another mid/split level ascending up 6 stairs. It leads you to a 2nd TV room, bedroom with 2 twin beds and a bathroom with only a corner shower. Our units do not have sheets, pillow cases, or towels included in the rental, guests are requested to bring their own. However, we do offer linen rental service with 72 hrs notice before arrival: sheets, pillow cases, and towels at a onetime fee of $10 per person. **Nightly Minimum Subject to Change for Holidays** 4 night minimum for Thanksgiving, 7 night minimum for Christmas/New Year's, 3 night minimum for Martin Luther Holiday Weekend, 3 night minimum for Presidents Holiday Weekend, 7 night minimum over the 4th of July, 3 night minimum for Labor Day holiday Weekend. **Hot Tub not available for renter use.
