NEW TO OUR PROGRAM! Escape to a peaceful mountain retreat at this stunning 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin located on the south end of Donner Lake. This charming cabin is the perfect place for a summer vacation or a winter getaway; five minutes from boat rentals, beaches, playgrounds, state parks and easy access to world renowned Tahoe ski resorts. Enjoy breathtaking lake views throughout the home, as well as a private wraparound redwood deck with a hot tub and open forest land next door.
The cabin can sleep up to 8 guests, with 2 queen bedrooms, a bedroom with 2 twin beds, and 2 twin trundle beds. The main floor features one queen room across from a bathroom with a bathtub, a laundry room, and a door leading to the hot tub on the deck. The top floor has a bathroom with a shower, situated between the queen bedroom with lake views and the bedroom with 4 twin beds. The grand entrance and foyer allow for ample storage space for all your summer and winter sports gear.
The open concept main level boasts a kitchen with new granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, glass top electric stove/oven, and beautiful Peruvian teak floors. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils for all your cooking and baking needs. The dining area provides seating for 6, and the living room features a cozy gas fireplace and a large flat screen TV for movie nights.

Parking is available for at least 2 vehicles in the driveway leading up to the home. Check-in is at 3 pm, and checkout is at 10 am. The house does not come with sheets and towels. Sheets, towels, and pillowcases are available by request for $10+tax per person, or you can save the money and bring your own.
Please note that there are nightly minimums for holidays, including Thanksgiving (4 nights), Christmas/New Year's (7 nights), Martin Luther King (3 nights), Presidents Day (3 nights), 4th of July (7 nights), and Labor Day (3 nights). **Nightly Minimum Subject to Change for Holidays**
