The Nichols cabin is a 2 bedroom + 2 additional areas, 2 bath, sleeps 6. You enter the unit into the living room, dining area, and kitchen. There are sliding glass doors in both the dining area and living room that lead out to the back deck The cabin is heated by central heat, and there is no fireplace or wood stove. Connected to the kitchen is the laundry room, bedroom with a king size bed, and bathroom. Upstairs on the left there is a bath, and the 1st sleeping area with 4 single beds. From the top of the stairs to the right is the 2nd sleeping area with a double bed, and through that room and a curtain is the 3rd sleeping area with a queen bed. The rooms upstairs (except the bathroom) are open to the ceiling. From the deck it is 18 steps and path to the private pier. This cabin sleeps 10, and is both a summer and winter vacation rental. Our units do not have sheets, pillow cases, or towels included in the rental, guests are requested to bring their own. However, we do offer linen rental service with 72 hrs notice before arrival: sheets, pillow cases, and towels at a onetime fee of $10 per person.
