There are 23 steps from the garage and parking area down to the front door. Enter into the mud room which is connected to the dining area. On this main level is a large living area with sliding glass doors out to the large wrap around deck that overlooks the lake and private dock. The living room has sliding glass doors that lead out to the deck over looking the lake, vaulted ceilings, adjoining dining area. Around the corner is the kitchen and 1/2 bath. From the kitchen you can step out on the large deck or enjoy a meal at the breakfast table. On the lower level are three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and laundry. The spare bedroom has a queen size bed and window seat to enjoy the view. The kids' room has a twin bed and a queen size bed. These rooms share a full bathroom. The master bedroom has a King size bed and a queen sofa sleeper. There is also a private bath and private balcony overlooking the lake. From the main level deck there are 72 wandering steps around the side of the house and path down to the pier. This unit is a summer vacation rental or winter ski lease only.
