The second bedroom on the bottom level has a queen bottom with extra long twin top bunk bed. The third bedroom on the bottom level has two sets of bunk beds. #082 - SKI LEASE - Located on the West/South side of Donner Lake. Available for a 4-6 month ski lease between November 1st, 2026 and April 30th, 2027. This property has 4 bedrooms plus additional kids room off one of the bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a garage (only space for one vehicle in the garage, no the razor is not included). Enjoy amazing views of Donner Lake from almost every room in this property. To access the house you go across the walkway to the top floor. On the top floor there are 2 bedrooms (both with queen beds) and a full bathroom with a large bathtub to enjoy soaking in after a long day of skiing. Off of both rooms there is an inside balcony that overlooks the Livingroom area and has some amazing views. Downstairs in the second level is where you will find the Livingroom, bathroom with a shower, side reading space by the gas fireplace, another gathering space by the wood stove, the kitchen featuring a flattop cooking stove and double ovens and the dining area.
