Payment for ski leases/summer leases are due up front for entire lease. Must be 25 years of age or older for ski/summer leases. Security Deposits are equal to one month's rent. Year long leases require 1st month's rent, last month's rent and security deposit up front. 




#047 31+ Rental - The Straten unit #047 is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condominium. This unit is located in the Donner Pines West Condominiums across the street from the boat launch. It is set back far enough to not have the traffic noise but in the perfect spot to have some great views of the lake. It is available from April 15th, 2023 to November 30th, 2023. Rent will be $3500 per month not including utilities. $3500/Security Deposit, owners will allow pets for an additional $100 pet rent per pet and an additional $500 Pet Deposit. #128 Stephens 31+ Rental - The Stephens house #128 is located off the South side of Donner Lake. It is a 5 bedroom, 3 bath house with a loft and 2 car garage. It is available to rent from June 1st, 2023 to August 31st, 2023. Rent will be $6500 per month and includes all utilities. The Security deposit will be $6500. The owners will allow a pet with an additional $200 pet deposit. This house features a filtered lake view, new stainless steel appliances with granite countertops in the kitchen as well as newly remodeled bathrooms. Spend the Summer at Donner Lake within minutes to the beach and bike/hiking trails.

Payment for the entire lease will be due up front. $6500/Security Deposit, $200/Pet Deposit. 2 Car garage with additional parking in front of the garage. There will be a $350 cleaning fee for month long stays.

#127 Hunt - 6 month lease. $3800/month not including utilities. Available June 1st, 2023 through November 30th, 2023. 3 car parking (depending on size of vehicles). You enter into the main level of the home that has a laundry room and open concept living room with wood burning stove, dining room, bar and kitchen. There is also a 1/2 bathroom and storage closet on this level. The upstairs balcony has a BBQ and electric smoker, patio seating for 6 and bench swing. From the front door if you turn east you go downstairs to the bedroom level of the home. A large storage closet is at the bottom of the stairs as well as another closet and 3/4 bathroom in the same hallway. Bedroom #1 has a double/double bunk bed, dresser, a full sized closet and a walk in closet. Bedroom #2 is the master bedroom with an ensuite full bathroom, a king sized bed, full sized closet and access to a wrap around balcony. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, full sized closet and access to the wrap around balcony. The home has filtered lake views from both levels of the house. There is an apartment below the house that has a full time tenant. It has it's own seperate entrance and parking. Utilities are split between the house and the apartment tenants. The house pays 75% of all utilities and the apartment pays 25%.
